Give-ups and Cancellations by the client or the agency:

Transfers:

Brumas & Cenários, reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the transfer, or a justifiable amount to support travel costs and waiting times, whenever the transfer is cancelled less than 3 Hours before the scheduled time. For transfers requested with less than 3 hours, we apply the same policy in case of withdrawal or cancellation;

Private tours, jeep tours, private hikes and excursions:

Brumas & Cenários, reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of its activities, if the cancellation is made in less than 48H before the beginning of the activity;

If the client wants to reschedule the activity or the cancelled transfer, Brumas & Cenários will apply a 50% discount on it;

For the activities and transfers, the cancellation policies will not apply, in case of death, medical emergency or family, duly justified as long as they do not cause any inconvenience to the company (travel, park costs, etc). In this case, Brumas & Cenários reserves the right to charge a justifiable amount to support these costs;

For partner activities (accommodation/hotels, rent-a-car and other activities) the cancellation policies vary according to each company (and may be informed in the booking process, if necessary).
