The circuit to the Nordeste is made along the South Coast of the island, picturesque towns with beautiful natural landscapes and rich in traditions such as Povoação, the place where the first discoverers of São Miguel set foot. Of the many viewpoints that characterize the beauty of this part of the island, the Ponta do Sossego viewpoint is the most emblematic with its dirt trails, diversity of flowers in its gardens and a view with different shades of green in the vegetation that reaches the sea. Nordeste, in addition to having historical and architectural heritage, won the award for the most flowery council in Europe. Ribeira dos Caldeirões is a place known for its waterfalls and water mill, the circuit continues through the viewpoints on the North Coast.
