Our tours both half day and full day have a minimum number of 2 people. On these same services there is the possibility of stops at other points of interest. We apply a 25% discount for children up to 12 years old;
VAT: All prices indicated in the programs and in the Agency’s website already reflect the Value Added Tax at the current rate;
In case of dietary restrictions we recommend that the client inform us of these, otherwise we will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused.
Lost & Found: will be returned free of charge as long as it does not cause inconvenience to the company and upon availability. Otherwise, we will apply a travel or shipping fee (via CTT). We keep the client’s lost goods for 6 months.
Mode of Payment: The partner may pay the requested services (in Cash (€) or Bank Transfer), before or after the service according to pre-agreement (for payments after the requested services, a contract issued by Brumas & Cenários will be made);
Brumas & Cenários reserves the right to request payment in advance, if necessary to guarantee activities, either our own activities or those of suppliers;
Lodging Reservations: the Agency makes reservations directly with the hotel units and/or through central reservations offices;
Information on the availability and prices of the desired accommodation is the responsibility of the suppliers;
The rates presented, when requested, are dynamic and may, if the reservation is not made immediately, undergo price changes;
Car Rental: the agency acts as an intermediary in car rental services, so it is limited to directing rental requests to the suppliers of this type of service at the destination;
If the customer requests extras hired locally and not considered in the price initially informed, the customer is responsible for the additional costs;
Changes: whenever there are unrelated reasons that justify it, in the case of organized activities/events, the agency may change the order of the routes, modify hours, replace any of the planned accommodations by others of similar category and location, and must inform the customer of such change as soon as it becomes known;
Cancellation of activities: Whenever there are unrelated reasons that justify it, Brumas & Cenários will be responsible for reorganizing the activities in question, as long as they do not cause inconvenience to the client, and should inform the client of such change, as soon as it is known;
No-show:
Transfers:
From the Airport – We give as no-show 45 minutes after flight arrival if the client does not show up or does not contact us.
Others – We consider as no-show the client’s no-show or lack of contact until 15 minutes after the scheduled time;
Brumas & Cenários, reserves the right to charge 100% of the transfer value, or a justifiable value to support the travel costs and waiting times.
Private tours, jeep tours and private hikes:
We give as no-show to the client’s no-show or lack of contact until 30 minutes after the scheduled time;
Brumas & Cenários, reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the tour, except in case of death, medical emergency or family, duly justified, provided that they do not cause any inconvenience to the company (travel, park costs, etc.). In this case, Brumas & Cenários reserves the right to charge a justifiable amount to support these costs;
If the client wants to reschedule the tour that did not attend, Brumas & Cenários will apply a 50% discount on it.
Excursions:
We give as no-show to the client’s no-show or lack of contact until 15 minutes after the scheduled time;
Brumas & Cenários, reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the tour, except in case of death, medical emergency or family, duly justified, provided that they do not cause any inconvenience to the company (travel, park costs, etc.). In this case, Brumas & Cenários reserves the right to charge a justifiable amount to support these costs;
If the client wishes to reschedule the tour that he/she did not attend, Brumas & Cenários will apply a 50% discount on the same.
Partner activities (lodging/hotels, rent-a-car, other activities):
The no-show policy is variable according to each company (and may be informed in the booking process, if necessary).
